QUALITY OF SERVICE REQUIRED

Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

The commission may require the quality of telecommunications service provided in a local exchange in which the commission determines that service has deteriorated and become unreliable to be adequate to protect the public interest and the interests of customers of that exchange.
