OPTIONAL EXTENDED AREA SERVICE OR EXPANDED LOCAL CALLING SERVICE

Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

The act spans §§ 11–66 (1,170 sections).

(a) A certificate holder may purchase for resale:

(1) optional extended area service; and

(2) expanded local calling service.

(b) The purchase of optional extended area service and expanded local calling service may not be discounted.
