BILLING FOR SERVICE TO THE STATE

Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

A telecommunications utility providing service to the state, including service to an agency in any branch of state government, may not impose a fee, a penalty, interest, or any other charge for delinquent payment of a bill for that service.
