DECEPTIVE OR FRAUDULENT PRACTICE

Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

The commission may prohibit a utility from engaging in a deceptive or fraudulent practice, including a marketing practice, involving the selection of a customer's telecommunications utility. The commission may define deceptive and fraudulent practices to which this section applies.
