Tex. Water Code § 17.951

DEFINITIONS

Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1010, Sec. 5.03.

In this subchapter:

(1) "Fund" means the Texas Water Development Fund II.

(2) "Resolution" means any resolution or order approved by the board authorizing the issuance of water financial assistance bonds.
