Tex. Water Code § 58.030

MULTICOUNTY DISTRICT: CONSIDERATION BY COMMISSION; PROCEDURE

(a) The commission shall consider and determine on the issues a petition filed under Section 58.028.

(b) The commission shall be governed by the provisions of Section 58.021.
