Tex. Water Code § 63.330

FINDINGS OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff

After all hearings are completed, the board of equalization shall report its findings to the commission for acceptance or disapproval.
