Change of location fees

Enacted by Chapter 447, 2022 General Session

(1) The department shall charge a $300 fee for a change in location of an alcohol licensee's licensed premises.

(2) The department shall deposit a fee collected under Subsection (1) in the Liquor Control Fund.
