Director -- Additional staff -- Administrative support
Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 8, 2025 Special Session 1
(1) The commissioner shall appoint a director to manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
(2) The director may, with the commissioner's approval, hire staff, including:
(a) data scientists;
(b) data technology experts; and
(c) data security experts.
