(1) The Utah Board of Higher Education shall provide to the institute, by agreement, administrative support, office facilities, and space.
(2) The Utah Board of Higher Education may levy reasonable charges or fees against the institute pursuant to the agreement for the services provided by the Utah Board of Higher Education.
