(1) A licensed individual may not be examined or required to reveal, without the consent of the client or the client's representative:
(a) a finding, an examination, or a representation made to the licensed individual by the client;
(b) advice the licensed individual provides to the client in the course of the practice of audiology or the practice of speech-language pathology; or
(c) treatment the licensed individual provides to the client in the course of the practice of audiology or the practice of speech-language pathology.
(2) An individual that a licensed individual employs may not be examined without the consent of the employer concerning a fact of which the employee has acquired knowledge in the employee's professional capacity.
