Repeal dates: Title 54

Amended by Chapter 189, 2025 General Session

(1) Section 54-10a-202, Committee of Consumer Services, is repealed July 1, 2035.

(2) Title 54, Chapter 15, Net Metering of Electricity, is repealed January 1, 2036.
