Utah Code § 75E-10-401

Definitions for part

Enacted by Chapter 291, 2026 General Session; Effective 7/1/2026

As used in this part:

(1) "Fund" means the Indigent Aggravated Murder Defense Fund created in Section 75E-10-402.

(2) "Participating county" means a county that complies with this part for participation in the fund.
