Rulemaking -- Exemption from Administrative Procedures Act
Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 291, 2026 General Session; Effective 7/1/2026
(1) The office shall make, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, rules for procedures for contested determinations by a compensation specialist.
(2) The office is exempt from Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act.
