Escape, etc., by setting fire to jail

Code 1950, § 18.1-291; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15.

If any person lawfully imprisoned in jail escape, or attempt to escape therefrom, by setting fire thereto, he shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
