Railroad warning signals must be obeyed

Code 1950, § 46-253; 1958, c. 541, § 46.1-243; 1989, c. 727.

No person driving a vehicle shall disobey a clearly visible or audible crossing signal which gives warning of the immediate approach of a train at a railroad grade crossing.
