Composition of Agency

An Agency is created consisting of the following former departments:

(1) the Department of Aeronautics;

(2) the Department of Highways;

(3) the Department of Motor Vehicles; and

(4) the Department of Bus, Rail, Waterways and Motor Carrier Services.
