Youth services—HOPE centers—Eligibility—Minors.

2017 c 277 s 8; 2016 c 205 s 11; 2015 c 69 s 23; 2008 c 267 s 10

To be eligible for placement in a HOPE center, a minor must be either a street youth, as that term is defined in this chapter, or a youth who, without placement in a HOPE center, will continue to participate in increasingly risky behavior, including truancy. Youth may also self-refer to a HOPE center.
