RCW 46.37.671

Signal preemption device—Possession—Penalty.

2005 c 183 s 3.

(1) It is unlawful to possess a signal preemption device except as authorized in RCW 46.37.670.

(2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
