Enforcement authority of commissioner.

Known as the The Washington Health Maintenance Organization Act

The act spans §§ 48.46.010 to 48.46.930 (89 sections).

For the purposes of this chapter, the insurance commissioner shall have the same powers and duties of enforcement as are provided in RCW 48.02.080.
