RCW 49.37.020

Collective bargaining—Right to organize.

2025 c 106 s 2.

No employer or other person may directly or indirectly interfere with, restrain, coerce, or discriminate against any employees or group of employees in the free exercise of their right to organize and designate bargaining representatives of their own choosing for the purpose of collective bargaining, or in the free exercise of any other right under this chapter.
