Known as the Uniform Controlled Substances Act

The act spans §§ 69–69 (133 sections).

2015 2nd sp.s. c 4 s 1202.

It is an unfair or deceptive practice under RCW 19.86.020 for any person or entity to distribute, dispense, manufacture, display for sale, offer for sale, attempt to sell, or sell to a purchaser any product that contains any amount of any cathinone or methcathinone as identified in RCW 69.50.204(e) (3) and (5) [(5) (c) and (e)]. Violations of this section are not reasonable in relation to the development and preservation of business.
