RCW 72.66.034

Applicant's personality and conduct—Examination.

2012 c 117 s 495; 1973 c 20 s 12.

Prior to the granting of any furlough, the secretary shall examine the applicant's personality and past conduct and determine whether or not he or she represents a satisfactory risk for furlough. The secretary shall not grant a furlough to any person whom he or she believes represents an unsatisfactory risk.
