(1) Until July 1, 2024, all contract projects, the estimated cost of which is less than the amount authorized, may be awarded using the small works roster process under *RCW 39.04.155.
(2) Beginning July 1, 2024, all contract projects, the estimated cost of which is less than the amount authorized, may be awarded using the small works roster process under RCW 39.04.151 through 39.04.154.
