Composition of school board

(1) A school board of a unified school district may have 5, 7 or 9 members.

(2) The number of school board members may be changed in accordance with s. 120.02 (1). A plan of apportionment of 20120.41 SCHOOL DISTRICT GOVERNMENT school board members may be adopted in accordance with s. 120.02 (2).
