With the filing of an assignment or within 10 days after the appointment of a receiver, the debtor shall file with the clerk of circuit court a correct inventory of the debtor’s assets and a list of the CREDITORS’ ACTIONS 128.183 debtor’s creditors, stating the place of residence of each and the amount due each. The inventory and list shall be verified by the debtor’s oath. No mistake in the inventory or list shall affect the rights of any creditor.
