Escheat of property to municipalities

Known as the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act

The act spans §§ 177.001 to 177.1505 (87 sections).

If any statute provides for the escheat of abandoned or unclaimed property to a county, city, village or town, this chapter does not apply.
