Wis. Stat. § 182.39

Use of state lands

Known as the Wisconsin Turnpike Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 182–182 (51 sections).

This state, subject to the approval of the governor, hereby consents to the use of all lands owned by it, including lands lying under water which are necessary or proper for the operation and construction of any turnpike project provided adequate compensation is made for such use.
