There is established under the jurisdiction and control of the authority a rural hospital loan fund consisting of all of the following:
(1) Service charges received by the authority under s. 231.35 (3) (f).
(2) Any moneys appropriated to the authority under s. 20.440 (2)
(a) or received by the authority for the rural hospital loan fund.
(3) Any income from investment of moneys in the rural hospital loan fund by the authority under s. 231.17.
