Reimbursement and compensation of agent

Known as the Uniform Power of Attorney for Finances and Property Act

Except as otherwise provided in the power of attorney, an agent is entitled to reimbursement of any expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of the principal and to compensation that is reasonable under the circumstances.
