Each sheriff and police department in the state shall immediately report to the department of justice each boat reported stolen or reNAVIGABLE WATERS, HARBORS AND NAVIGATION 30.5763 covered within its jurisdiction and the department of justice shall subsequently report such information to the national crime information center.
