Wis. Stat. § 422.420

Cosigner charges

1973 c. 3.

No term of a writing signed by a cosigner and made pursuant to a consumer credit transaction may:

(1) Provide for payment by the cosigner of any fees or charges which could not be imposed upon the customer as part of the transaction; or (2) Operate to remove from the cosigner any rights or protections given the customer under chs. 421 to 427.
