ELECTIONS - GENERAL PROVISIONS; BALLOTS & VOTING 5.5115 Any individual with a disability may notify a municipal clerk that he or she intends to vote at a polling place on election day and may request that a specific type of accommodation be provided that will facilitate his or her voting.
