The town board annually shall prepare a statement of the financial condition of the town and present the statement to the annual town meeting. In preparing the statement, the town board may provide for assisTOWNS 60.4715 tance by any person. The statement shall include the previous year’s revenues and expenditures and the current indebtedness of the town.
