Nothing in ss. 700.17 to 700.21 prevents an equitable lien arising in favor of one cotenant against another ten- 4700.215 INTERESTS IN PROPERTY ant or tenants because of events occurring after the establishment of the cotenancy relationship nor prevents imposition of a constructive trust in favor of a 3rd person in an appropriate case.
