Subject to 2015 Wisconsin Act 55, section 9145 (1v), the proceeds of general obligation bonds issued under s. 20.866 (2)
(uuu) may be used to fund major highway projects under s. 84.013 and state highway rehabilitation projects for the purposes specified in s. 20.395 (3) (cq).
