Beginning July 1, 2000, and annually thereafter, the secretary shall transfer $80,000 from the appropriation under s. 20.395 (5)
(dq) to the appropriation under s. 20.435 (1)
(kx) for the purposes of the statewide trauma care system under s. 256.25.
