Conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman

Known as the Uniform State Code

The act spans §§ 15-1E-1 to 15-1E-99 (156 sections).

Any commissioned officer, cadet, candidate, or midshipman who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
