W. Va. Code § 31G-5-1

Short title

Known as the Vertical Real Estate Management and Availability Act

The act spans §§ 31G-5-1 to 31G-5-4 (4 sections).

This article shall be known and cited as the Vertical Real Estate Management and Availability Act.
