W. Va. Code § 46A-6F-111

Prize promotion

Known as the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act

The act spans §§ 46A-1-101 to 46A-8-102 (260 sections).

?Prize promotion" means:

(1) A sweepstakes or other game of chance; or

(2) An oral or written express or implied representation that a person has won, has been selected to receive, or may be eligible to receive a prize, gift or award.
