W. Va. Code § 60-1-3a

Off-premises sales not required to be bagged

Known as the Alcohol Beverage Control Act

The act spans §§ 60–60 (221 sections).

Alcoholic liquors in this state are not required to be placed in a bag by a licensee who is licensed for off-premises sales of alcoholic liquors.
