W. Va. Code § 60-3-23

Conduct of purchasers upon premises of state store

Known as the Alcohol Beverage Control Act

The act spans §§ 60–60 (221 sections).

A person, while on the premises of a state store or agency, shall not:

(1) Break the seal upon any package of alcoholic liquors;

(2) Consume alcoholic liquor;

(3) Loiter.
