Short title

Known as the West Virginia Deputy Sheriffs' Tort Liability Act

The act spans §§ 7-14A-1 to 7-14A-4 (4 sections).

This article may be cited and referred to as the "West Virginia Deputy Sheriffs' Tort Liability Act."
