Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 17-23-109

Registered office and registered agent to be maintained

Known as the Wyoming Statutory Trust Act

The act spans §§ 17-23-101 to 17-23-302 (24 sections).

(a) Each statutory trust shall have and continuously maintain in this state:

(i) A registered office as provided in W.S. 17-28-101 through 17-28-111; and (ii) A registered agent as provided in W.S. 17-28-101 through 17-28-111.

(b) The provisions of W.S. 17-28-101 through 17-28-111 shall apply to all statutory trusts.
