Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 17-29-303

Statement of denial

Known as the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act

The act spans §§ 17-29-1001 to 17-29-906 (80 sections).

(a) A person named in a filed statement of authority granting that person authority may deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of denial that:

(i) Provides the name of the limited liability company and the caption of the statement of authority to which the statement of denial pertains; and (ii) Denies the grant of authority.
