Powers of a statutory foundation

Known as the Wyoming Statutory Foundation Act

The act spans §§ 17-30-1001 to 17-30-906 (46 sections).

A statutory foundation has the capacity to sue and be sued in its own name and has the power to take all actions necessary or convenient to carry on the activities of the foundation.
