Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 20-4-153

Application of law of this state

Known as the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act

The act spans §§ 20-4-101 to 20-4-198 (97 sections).

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this act, a responding tribunal of this state shall:

(i) Apply the procedural and substantive law generally applicable to similar proceedings originating in this state and may exercise all powers and provide all remedies available in those proceedings; and (ii) Determine the duty of support and the amount payable in accordance with the presumptive child support established under W.S. 20-2-304.
