Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 20-4-168

Assistance with discovery

Known as the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act

The act spans §§ 20-4-101 to 20-4-198 (97 sections).

(a) A tribunal of this state may:

(i) Request a tribunal outside this state to assist in obtaining discovery; and (ii) Upon request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this state.
