"State superintendent", "state board" defined
Known as the Wyoming Education Code
The act spans §§ 21–21 (4 sections).
(a) As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires or unless otherwise specifically noted:
(i) "State superintendent" means the state superintendent of public instruction;
(ii) "State board" means the state board of education;
(iii) Repealed by Laws 2015, ch. 30, § 4.
