Securities exempt from state taxation

Known as the University Securities Law

The act spans §§ 21–21 (50 sections).

Bonds and other securities issued under this act, their transfer, and the income therefrom, shall forever be and remain free and exempt from taxation by this state or any subdivision thereof.
